Each meditation is an expression of presence. Each meditation has been created with an intention of love and curiosity. My hope is that each practice guides you back home to yourself.
My personal teaching style is intuitive, authentic, and trauma-informed. My formal training at the Lab of Meditation interlaced “the understanding of traditional and spiritual practices”, focusing on social and racial justice and clinical psychology and science. In my training at the lab, I learned about topics such as mindfulness, neuroanatomy, psychophysiological assessment, emotional intelligence, the poly-vagal theory, and much more.
