A meditation for duality

This 5-minute mindful practice holds space for duality. Acknowledging that it's okay for us to be two opposites, two polarities and still be who we are. Soft and strong, angry and compassionate, independent, yet still seek support. We are allowed to be both. The spirit of this practice is to bring present awareness to where we shrink the parts of ourselves that are contrary to how people perceive us. All of us is needed in this world and the honoring of our wholeness starts here.
